REDAZIONE ESTERI – Molti sono i talenti nazionali che approdano a Los Angeles per esprimere al meglio le proprie capacità musicali. Estro, creatività ed un mix di nuovi orizzonti si sono aperti nella bella Los Angeles per Francesco Staccioli, chitarrista fiorentino che ha scelto la scalata in un contest musicale che sta avendo grande successo oltrefrontiera.
E fu grazie ad una borsa di studio vinta all’ Umbria Jazz nel 2018 che il brillante musicista italiano scelse di volare negli Stati Uniti per studiare al Berklee College of Music di Boston, dove ebbe a laurearsi con il massimo dei voti.
Durante la pandemia, nonostante il momento difficile, Francesco decide comunque di restare negli States e trasferirsi a Los Angeles, scelta poi rivelatasi particolarmente giusta. In poco tempo dunque riesce a farsi strada nella competitiva va scena musicale di Los Angeles, lavorando come turnista per artisti Pop e R’n’B, avendo il ruolo principale di lead guitar, suonando sui i palchi di Hollywood.
In contemporanea porta avanti il progetto di musica inedita Rocket House, un ensemble jazz/fusion , 8 musicisti provenienti da tutto il mondo (Ghana, Indonesia, US) suonando al Salem Jazz&Soul Festival e pubblicando il primo album il 18 Marzo.

FOREIGN EDITORIALS – There are many national talents who come to Los Angeles to best express their musical abilities. Inspiration, creativity and a mix of new horizons have opened up in beautiful Los Angeles for Francesco Staccioli, a Florentine guitarist who has chosen to climb in a musical contest that is having great success across the border.
And it was thanks to a scholarship won at Umbria Jazz in 2018 that the brilliant Italian musician chose to fly to the United States to study at Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he graduated with full marks.
During the pandemic, despite the difficult moment, Francesco still decides to stay in the States and move to Los Angeles, a choice that turned out to be particularly right. In a short time, therefore, he manages to make his way into the competitive Los Angeles music scene, working as a session player for Pop and R’n’B artists, having the main role of lead guitar, playing on the Hollywood stages.
At the same time he carries on the unreleased music project Rocket House, a jazz / fusion ensemble, 8 musicians from all over the world (Ghana, Indonesia, US) playing at the Salem Jazz & Soul Festival and releasing the first album on March 18th.
