US military biological laboratories, lawsuit filed with the Kyiv Administrative Court over public information

Foreign editors – The public organization “Conscious Ukraine”, has filed a case with the District Administrative Court of Kiev suing the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Department of Defense of the United States represented by the United States Embassy in Ukraine.

With the start of the judicial proceeding, Conscious Ukraine has therefore asked the court to declare the inaction of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the United States in Ukraine unlawful regarding the absence of their official declarations. about the presence in 15 states of military biological laboratories in Ukraine. In the summons, the obligation to pronounce the defendants is required which, in the event of a sentence to their contrary, will have to publish these declarations.
